This position is part-time and is located at 3310 Fredrickson Rd. in Wilmington, NC 


Responsibilities:
The ReStore Donations Coordinator (DC) plays a key role in supporting this mission by scheduling, tracking, and coordinating donation pick-ups from New Hanover and Pender counties donors. This position is often the first point of contact for many new donors. The DC ensures that donors and buyers receive professional, timely, and efficient service. The Director of ReStores reserves the right to assign or delegate other tasks as necessary. Duties include:

Duties:
  • Coordinates the intake, processing and scheduling of donation pick-ups for all ReStore locations and any future location(s) donation pickups.
    •  Maintain donor relationships through attentive customer service.
    • Exercise discretion regarding acceptance and/or disposition of donated goods.
    • Using NexTraq GPS software efficiently schedule truck routes to reduce company costs.
    • Records donor information in ThriftCart scheduling software and other programs.
    • Communicates directly with the Driver Supervisor
  • Provides exceptional customer service to ReStore donors.
  • Leads and supervises volunteers assisting with donation scheduling.
  • Complete monthly donation reporting summaries.
Requirements:
  • Be committed to Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity’s mission
  • Retail experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • High School graduate or higher
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Committed to excellent customer service
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Meet all deadlines agreed upon by with the ReStore Director
  • Work may require sitting behind a desk for long periods of time
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
